- Total cholesterol less than 200 mg/ml
- LDL (Bad) <100 mg/ml optimal
- cholesterol 100 – 120 mg/ml near optimal
- 130 – 150 mg/ml borderline high
- 160 – 189 mg/ml high
- 190 – higher mg/ml very high
- HDL (Good) 50 mg/ml or higher cholesterol
- Triglycerides (Fats) < 150 mg/ml
- Blood Pressure < 120/80 mmHg
- Fasting Glucose (sugar) < 100 mg/dl
- Body Mass Index (BMI) < 25 kg/m2
- Waist Circumference < 35 in
